01 · The challenge
Many venues, especially larger parks and zoos, struggled to offer a consistently connected and informative experience for their visitors. Separate systems for ticketing, navigation, event schedules, and food ordering led to frustration and missed opportunities for engagement.
02 · What we built
We developed LocateMe, a comprehensive web platform integrating all visitor-facing services into a single, synchronized experience. This included online ticketing with dynamic pricing, interactive venue maps with real-time event schedules, cafeteria ordering, and optional visitor tracking for crowd management and personalized recommendations.
