Questions
About this tool.
What is SPF?
A DNS record listing the services allowed to send email for your domain. Receivers use it to spot forged senders. You should have exactly one SPF record.
What is DKIM?
A cryptographic signature added to each message by your email provider, checked against a public key in your DNS. It proves the message was not altered.
What DMARC policy should I use?
Start with p=none and reports to learn who sends as you, then move to quarantine or reject. Gmail and Yahoo require DMARC for bulk senders.
Why is DKIM not found when I have it?
DKIM keys live under a selector name chosen by your provider. We check the most common selectors; a custom one may not be detected.
